In the counselling practice, Glenn works with individuals and families experiencing a wide range of issues that prevents them from living a more fulfilling, engaging and intentional life. Working together with curiosity and hope helps to separate people from their problems in order to create a positive vision that focuses on possibilities and preferred ways of living.
Understanding our spirituality as a journey of intimacy and intentional transformation so that God is active, personal, and - above all - present to us. This means our spirituality is grounded in everyday life.
Glenn also teaches mindful practices that help us disengage from our automatic negative thought patterns, habitual routines and unhealthy behaviours. Learning to deliberately cultivate a mindful state plays a key role in developing informed and controlled thought patterns to promote better health and well-being.
