Anke AireyAroha Counselling

Anke is a Person-Centred Counsellor (B. Couns.) and helps people of all ages, gender and culture work towards their goals and needs, through empathic, respectful, genuine therapeutic relationship integrating modalities including existential therapy, CBT, CFT and creative therapies.

Anke is married and mother of one daughter and two sons. Anke's life experience includes working in faith settings enhancing communication and care for people.

Counselling in settings like Hospice Waikato over the last three years, has given her an understanding of people and whanau and has given her a range of skills and life experience to draw from. 

Anke displays a kind, warm personality. She is dedicated to the wellbeing of her clients especially in helping people understand and heal from areas of grief. Anke works holistically with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem, identity and relationship issus. 

Counselling can help you move toward increased trust in self and your relationships, enhancing that which is meaningful for you, increasing your self awareness and self acceptance.

Private fees dependent on income and counselling required. WINZ registered.
