We know issues don't often occur on their own, and it can be hard to know where to go for help. A service navigator can support you to identify and prioritise the challenges you’re facing, so you can make informed choices about the services that fit your situation the best.
To support you in the best ways, it's important to us to have up-to-date knowledge at our fingertips. So we’re well connected with other services and community organisations.

At the moment, service navigation is only available for people living in the Waikato and Lakes (Rotorua, Taupo, Turangi and Mangakino) districts.

We might show you how to use Webhealth, or give you information about the choices you have.
